What is the Chartwell Station Owners Association?  
The Chartwell Station OA is a non-profit corporation composed of homeowners in the Chartwell Station community. You automatically become a member when you purchase a Chartwell Station home.

How do I pay my assessments?
Community Management of Oregon is our managing partner and invoices our assessment. Make checks payable to: Chartwell Station HOA.  Every quarter you will receive and invoice for assessments in the mail.


You can also make online payments at www.communitymanagementoregon.com and click the blue PayNow button. Then enter an invoice for documentation.

Who takes care of the park grounds?
Our community employs a landscape vendor to maintain our park grounds. They take care of the grounds on a weekly basis.

Whose responsibility are the street planting strips?Homeowners are responsible for the street planting strips in front of their home. The strips need to be kept weed-free and barkdusted, and clear of trash and debris.

Who takes care of association business?
Our Board of Directors oversees the daily business of our community. They review and approve work to be done, administer the budget, perform site reviews, and many other tasks.
