Chartwell Station is a planned community of 70 single-family homes, located at the South end of Albany. We have a neighborhood park which has a playground, picnic tables, and a lighted basketball court. There is also a gazebo where small gatherings may be held.
Our community is managed by a three-person board of elected representatives:
